For our crispy chips, we only use first-class potatoes from regional farmers, which are grown in the fields of the Castilla y Leon plateau. After the harvest, they go directly to the factory.
On arrival, the potatoes are washed thoroughly with fresh, clear spring water, including the skin, carefully checked for defects and then cut into the finest slices.
The roasting takes place in large cauldrons with high-quality sunflower oil, which makes them particularly crispy.
