Say "Hi!" to authentic Spanish flavour: Pimentón de la Vera is a spicy-hot, smoked paprika powder with a bitter-sweet nuance. It may only be produced in the Extremadura region of the Iberian Peninsula and is the key ingredient in many Spanish specialities, such as chorizo! The basis for our snack classic "paprika" is of course excellent potatoes.

From the field, freshly harvested, washed with water, hand-picked, finely chopped and off to the big pans where they are gently roasted in high-quality sunflower oil, then perfectly refined with sea salt and directly fresh into the bag to preserve their characteristic aroma and unique quality until the bag is opened.
